Gamage's 'Green Book', a stocky 500 plus pages of statistics and records,was published from 1909-10 to 1929-30 (excluding the war years). It was edited by journalist H. R. McDonald, and, up until 1924, FA Vice President Alfred Davis. An early copy will now fetch over £300.
