Koninklijke HFC
Koninklijke HFC is the oldest club in the Netherlands. Founded as Royal Haarlemsche Football Club (notice in the good old tradition of 19th century pioneer clubs they went for Football Club , not voetbalclub) they were originally a Rugby team put together in 1879 by a 14 year old ( Pim Mulier- who later went on to introduce bandy to the Netherlands and was President of the International Skating Union).
In 1883 the club switched to Association football. For a couple of seasons they contented themselves with games played between scratch teams of members, the The first official football match in the Netherlands was played in 1886 between HFC and Amsterdam Sport.
Koninklijke HFC currently play in the Hoofdklasse. I doubt that the players of today sport such an impressive array of headwear.
